They are sold separately. I bought one in my regular size for my uninjured foot, and one in a larger size for my injured foot that was too swollen all the time to wear a regular shoe. That way, I had two matching shoes instead having to wear one of these and some other shoe on the other foot. Having matching shoes drew far less attention than it would by wearing two completely different shoes. This got me through several months of rehabilitation until I could go back to wearing my regular shoes. These are very easy to put on and not that bad to look at either.

Purchased two of these in size medium and large for a friend.The large was perfect when her foot was first injured and very swollen. As the swelling subsided she was able to use the medium. She wears a size 8 shoe. The Dr she treated with said the these una boots were a good quality and said that they were less expensive than the ones that he would have sold her. She was glad to have these or she would not have been able to go to a store to get one. Great purchase.

I purchased this product to immobilize a broken toe. Although the length was correct, the width of the shoe and toe opening was just too big to fit securely on my foot (and my feet are slightly wider than normal). I tightened the two flimsy velcro straps as much as I could (hung over about 6 inches), but the shoe just was not secure enough and moved when I walked, completely failing its intended purpose. The straps sit too low on the foot and do not secure the ankle at all. When I attempted to return this product, I received a message on Amazon that this was not eligible for return due to safety reasons (although there is nothing in the policy about not being able to return medical items). When I contacted Amazon customer service and explained that I could not use it, they issued me a refund and told me to keep the product, so resolution was satisfactory from Amazon (thank you!). However, when I contacted OTC directly they had THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No regard at all for resolving customer issues. Don't buy this post op shoe. Get the BraceAbility Closed Toe Medical Walking Shoe instead, which is a far superior design and fit.

This image of the product sent (first photo) is either an older or newer version of image on the box. The product sent has a buckle associated with the strap, and the velcro on the tip of the strap limits the adjustability of the strap. The (previous?) version that I have (see second photo) has no buckle and has unlimited strapping ability since the velcro strap can fasten anywhere on the shoe. If you're lucky and the product sent to me just happens to wrap around your foot and fasten tightly with the limiting velcro tip, it might work for you. My previous version has unlimited strapping adjustability, including cutting the strap shorter if it is too long. Amazon as usual refunded the product payment with no questions asked, which is the reason for the higher than 1 but lower than 5 star rating.I would like to add an update to my review (above) now that I have had the product for a few days. The strap with the velcro tip on the end (first photo) is actually more adjustable than I first realized. In fact, the velcro tip can be pulled off and re-positioned at a different place on the strap. In my case the velcro tip did not work positioned at the end of the very long strap, so I repositioned the velcro tip and cut off the excess length of the strap, and the strap worked much better. I should note in my defense that there are NO INSTRUCTIONS included in the packaging that mention repositioning the velcro strip and cutting off the excess strap length. I still like my "previous" version (second photo) of this product better, but the newer version is at least "workable".

Just like others have said they ordered the recommended size but the straps are too long so I had to order some velcro strips to make the shoe work. The straps are so long they reach to the sole of the shoe. The sole is the right size and stops my foot from flexing and that's what I needed so that's why 2 stars.

Had hammertoe surgery and needed an open toe post opt surgical shoe. This shoe worked perfectly. I am a ladies 10m and ordered a men’s m/m and it is a great fit. Has enough room at the top of the shoe to fit my foot comfortably. The sizing chart that is provided, is very helpful to determine what size to order.
