First motor I received was defective. The replacement motor I received works great. The customer service and quick response was excellent. I am giving 4 stars due to the problem with the first motor.

Easy to assemble...dependable...tough...powerful enough...Great customer service...light...metal prop...great value...spinning it around for reverse took some getting used to but now i really like it and can do it simply and easily like a pro...noise level isn't bad if your comparing it to other 4 strokes/ it's quieter than my mercury with similar 4hp 4 stroke...loud compared to an electric obviously....just all around great engine and I will be buying a backup for sure....
