it does what it says, it does tend to fly through propane. but when you need that source of heat it does what it needs to. I use it to heat my small garage in the winter when I need to do work in it.

Camping in my tent, it warmed up my tent before I got in. Was easy to start and warm up my tent before I got out of my bag. Perfect also was great for boiling water for dehydrated meals, and making hot tea. Small and easy to carry on my motorcycle worked great.

This is a very nice, well made heater that can double as a stove. It works very well and puts off a lot of heat. It'll be great for camping, at home on the back porch, and for emergencies when the power goes out. It also stores easily not taking up much room.

This thing is very convenient. It's easy to set up and makes plenty of heat.Do not leave it running unattended. The colder the weather and the smaller the flame setting the sooner it does this thing where the flame jumps down to the air inlet and makes noise like a pulsejet.

I bought this heater to keep warm while fishing and it works quite well. My only concern is that the floor gets pretty warm around the heater. I will probably have to make something to lift the heater up or protect the floor.

This is a great little portable propane/butane heater that can also be used as a stove. With its solid stainless steel construction and the ease of assembly, it's easy to pack and pull out when you need it, as long as you've got room for it and the fuel you choose to use. Propane will burn hotter in this than butane, but ultimately either will get you warm. It's got an adjustable fuel valve to set how much you want to burn at once, and its click-button electric spark system has yet to fail to light when I've needed it. It also includes the propane adapter if you're not burning butane but propane, so you don't need to scrounge around looking for one of those. The only real complaint I'd say I see about this heater is how it is quite simple; it's very much only going to provide enough heat if you're down on the ground next to it. This is not going to heat up a whole camp area and you very much should never use it indoors, so it's only really useful for small-area heating, or for cooking. All of the components of this seem to be well-made, though the 'wind screen' is quite basic. It's mostly made of metal and it doesn't have any leaks, and all of the pieces fit together securely and easily. The top or 'safety guard' slots into the base in only one spot, so you'll need to pay attention to where the holes in the base are.It also comes with 4 sticky rubber pads that attach to the base, which help you make sure it won't slip or slide around on the ground if you're putting it on a slippery surface. However, it's not fully necessary in my experience, especially since you can't really put this down on the floor inside. The non-slip pads will cover up some of the screws on the bottom when you put them on, as well; this isn't an issue unless you're planning to take the stove apart to mess with the internals, but it is an interesting fact.Overall this is quite a nice little stove that's very portable considering how much heat it can output. I'll update this review if I encounter any issues with it as I keep using it.I only review things that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product. I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.
