I set it up and put this up on an oscillating fan in my greenhouse, and it definitely helped cool things down in there better than just having the exhaust fan. It was simple to set up too. The fan is blowing the mist, and it's super useful. I can totally use this outside during the summer to cool off. Once it's connected, I just turn the hose on and I get cooler air. The water is cold, so it kind of feels like an ac, except you kind of get wet if you stay in front of it too long, lol. Definitely for outside, not inside. Make sure the nozzles face away from the fan too.
