Be wary of warped parts. The second chair I put together, the right side piece was warped at the top where it’s supposed to screw in. Everything else was put together but I got a neighbor’s second opinion in the top part was made improperly. I used thin zip ties to attach.

We wanted four comfy chairs to finish our outdoor privacy space and these chairs are perfect! The two sets of chairs arrived well boxed, all parts were included, and in spite of directions indicating two people would be best, I put them together by myself. (I used a small hand drill to do the final tightening of all the bolts.) The chairs are so comfortable and the cushion covers really do let the rain bead and fall away. Although we have only had them a month and can't vouch for their long-term use, I highly recommend them based on our experience with them so far.One quick note: The directions say to remove the "packaging" from the seat cushions before putting them into the zippered covers, but just remove the clear plastic in which they are shipped. Do NOT remove the thin foam piece that's wrapped around the cushion. Thinking it was part of the "packaging" I removed that wrapping and it was a bear to get the cushion inside the cover. I left the wrapping on the next cushion and it slipped right into the cover without much hassle. I had to put the wrapping back on the first cushion.

I really like my new chairs they are very comfortable.
