I recently purchased this pure white over toilet storage from Amazon, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The design is simply stunning. PROs:- Looks very nice.- Parts are nicely labeled in bagsCONs:- The instructions have incorrect/mismatched image steps (Step 10)- One of the doors came slightly scuffed- Doesn’t fit over our toilet due to spacing from the tank to the wallOVERALL:We were looking to get some extra store in our bathroom and decided to get this. Everything looked nicely packaged and had the thin layer of Styrofoam sheets separating the pieces but one of our doors still have a scuff mark on it which I assumed happened during manufacturing/packing. The parts box has each of the parts in properly labeled bags making them easier to identify. About 90% of the wood components were marked but there was a couple that did not have stickers anywhere on them. However, they were easier to identify from the parts page.Now on to assembly. There are two configurations for building where you have the extra storage/toilet paper holder. However, the instructions screw up on Step 10 and don’t indicate the right location for the dowel screws that will go on the cam locks. It wasn’t until step 13/14 when we tried proceeding with the right-side configuration that we realized the dowel screws weren’t in the right place. So we had to take the top off again and relocate two the dowel screws and then proceed from there. Unlike steps 13/14, step 10 doesn’t give any warning about right-side vs. left-side configurations. Aside from that, the assembly goes pretty smooth. The only other complaint that I had was that the dowel screws probably could have had their holes pre-drilled better because screwing them in resulted in quite a few areas where the white surface popped/cracked leaving slightly exposed brown surface showing even after the screw was in place.Now that it was done, we were ready to put it in place behind the toilet but we encountered two issues: Issue # 1) Our toilet is 30” tall from floor to the top of the tank lid. The shelf is 68” tall. So your ceilings need to be at least 9’ tall to go up and over because you can simply slide it back. Issue # 2) The shelf has a ½” bar about 1.5’ up on the back preventing you from simply sliding it back. So you can either go up and over the tank OR you can remove that bar and simply slide it straight back. The other issue we ran into was that the space between the back of the tank to the wall was only about ¼” if that. So we just opted to use it next to our shower wall instead. We could have removed the bar but it would have decreased the stability of it.

This is an honest unbiased review. This obviously pressed board like many shelves you get at box stores. This thing was heavy. It took 2 of us to lift the factory box out of the shipping box. Definitely adds additional storage but needs to be mounted to the wall as it gets a little wobbly when the top is loaded with stuff and just the skinny legs at the bottom. We have this behind a toilet and it fit just fine. I have had products like this before and they hold up very well but sometimes just from chronic use they tend to break down over time. If you need something sturdy and has some weight to it this will be perfect.
