It's not really the hand guard's fault. The 2024 SG and RG have been redesigned so many things that fit the 23s don't fit the 24s. There is nothing wrong with the product itself other than I don't like the way they look and they don't fit.

I thought I'd try the guards before spending a bunch of money on heated grips. Usually 40° is my limit for riding, due to the wind chill. Only done two 30 minute rides so far, but what a difference the guards make. Went from freezing to just cold. Highly recommend!

I use heated grips and really haven't found a pair of gloves I like for extended trips. These really help for protection from road debris.
