This works like a charm! It is magnetic so I did super glue it on. I didn't want it to fall off.I highly recommend!

It adheres, but it gets rusty so the magnet doesn't hold. It could be deeper, urine gets past it underneath. And the magnet gets soaked by urine too.

I installed this on an elongated wooden toilet seat - no problem. Works great for blocking that gap between the seat & the toilet bowl. The adhesive sticks well. I discovered that guys who put the lid up were knocking the plastic p-guard piece off the magnet when they lowered the lid. Had to fish it out of the toilet many times. It stops up the toilet. The adhesive absorbs odor and starts stinking with time. So I glued the magnetic piece on next. That worked better as far as the odor, but the plastic p-guard piece still got knocked off the magnet & fell in & got flushed.I started over completely. Bought a new p-guard and a new toilet seat. I superglued the plastic p-guard piece to the toilet seat & caulked it to seal it. Nothing to fall in the toilet. No urine gets inside the seal so nothing stinky that you cannot clean up.I did this about 3 or 4 weeks ago and it works. I no longer have to get a hanger & fish the plastic piece out of the toilet.

We bought this to help with the kids having issues when they sit on the toilet to prevent them peeing under the seat. It is so shallow in how far it goes down into the toilet, that the feet on the underside of the seat are as long as it is and it doesn't work at all in preventing accidents. On a positive note, the adhessive works making it really hard to remove.

Although advertised as something that would fit most toilets, it certainly didn't fit mine and I had to send it back. They are right about the adhesion though. That part stuck to the toilet seat and was almost impossible to remove. It sounds like a good idea, but don't order more than one before you try it.

I decided to buy a new toilet seat after I received the Pee Guard, as the old (wood) seat had some blisters in the paint under the seat front edge. Made certain the underside of the seat was flat on the front edge. New seat, cleaned with rubbing alcohol, let alcohol evaporate, then applied the Pee Guard. The adhesive worked very well and no "accidents" since installation.
