We foster and have some rowdy toddlers! This crib tent has withstood these rowdy kids without being ripped or torn! Easy to set up, and for the cost it has worked extremely well!

-easy to set up in a pack’n play-definitely black out-lightweight and easy to travel with.Only con-didn’t provide much airflow once little guy was in it. So we left the lap open.We will get lots of use out of this!

Its cozy and dark in there. Great for nap time. I guess. Im not a big fan of top toeing around cuz the baby is sleeping. My kids could sleep thru a bike rally at a farm aid concert on a tour bus. If they were tired they went to sleep. But things sure have changed alot in 42 years. I could see my kids playing in it like a fun house novelty. It is cool. There is flaps that roll up on all sides so its breathable. Its made very sturdy. It goes off and on super simple so its just as portable as the play pen. I think its a handy item to have. Especially for a first baby. The dark quiet napping place will go out the window when that 2nd one comes!. I like it. Its a good deal.

This tent does an excellent job at blocking out light. It is not too difficult to set up, fits perfectly around the pack and play, and has a zipper for easy check ins on your child while they sleep. Overall, this is a great value if you are trying to conquer nap time for your little one!

As my title indicates, I had a really tough time building this by myself in my living room. The instructions are OK, but a bit lacking as far as tent direction. It does not fit on a standard crib, which is what we bought it for not realizing…I will say that the blackout capabilities are excellent, the zipper is pretty strong, and it seems to keep the crib area a bit warmer. Unfortunately, parts of it broke right away, like one connecting joint and the ties. I can’t recommend it for that reason .

This is the only one that fits around the mattress like this. Exactly what we were looking for since we have a floor bed for our little guy. I love the windows and breathability of the fabric. Only thing I would like differently is I’d love if there was a zipper that you could open from the inside and outside. Mostly for safety reasons, but also for when I’m in there with him I can get out.

So the tent worked. My son slept in it ok. However as I was putting it together and taking it apart I got shards of glass in my hards. It was also heavy. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a slumberpod, thinking it would be similar or better. I really did not like this product after using the slumberpod - one window for both the fan and camera rather than 2, there really isn’t enough room for a fan so we put the camera in but it was very blurry (like I couldn’t see clearly enough to tell if my babies pacifier was in her mouth) whereas the slumber pod camera window has always been perfectly clear. The mesh window is important to me for airflow since my baby is under 1, I ended up leaving a window open and dangling a fan over it. In addition, it is very difficult to set up by yourself. It’s a very different set up in general as you build the structure of the tent fully then slide the cover over rather than sliding the poles through slots like you would a real tent, but ultimately if setting it up alone it is extremely difficult due to its side. It’s a lot bigger and bulkier which may be good if using for a legit crib, but not pack and play or for travel. Lastly, the poles are made of fiberglass or some material that feel like it gets stuck in your hands. Overall this product could be ok depending on what you are looking for (I.e. more permanence, more windows, camera not needed) but it is not really comparable to the quality and ingenuity of the slumberpod.
