Didn't expect to break it in with a freshwater fish! Caught a bass with my mom on the local reservoir. Good size bass.The tape has good marking increments for precision. I like the width, making it easier to lay flat. It rolls up easily and doesn't have much of any memory; It doesn't spring back into a coil if you let go. The velcro strap makes for neat compact storage.

this tape is by far the easiest to read. it doesn’t get all bunched up.
