Does the job for me for oven broiling even though it's not any more sturdy than the same pans for sale at the supermarket. Often best used with a cookie sheet or similar pan underneath so it goes into the oven broiler and out with support.

These broiler pans are great for saving a mess in your Barbecue and preventing your meat from cooking in its own grease. They can be reused many times and so are good value for the price.

It's so flimsy I have to put in a metal pan to keep it from collapsing. I love the design and size. If it was stronger it would be perfect. I just roasted a turkey on it by putting it inside is a stainless roasting pan and it worked perfectly. A few days ago inroasted a duck in it and it also worked perfectly. When I just heat frozen duck halves on it I do not put the metal pan under it I just handle it very carefully and it works perfectly.

These are inexpensive aluminum broiler pans that can be used perhaps 2 or even 3 times. They come with ridges to drain the fat away from the meat. They survive the oven and if not creating something very heavy or unusually greasy can be easily cleaned and reused. Years ago they were ubiquitous in supermarkets, but now I find them impossible to buy (at least in Maryland).

Perfect family size for oven or broiler. If something looks like it may spatter, just bend the four sides up. Keeps juices under cooked items in the ridges. Cooks evenly and easy to turn items over - no stick. Just throw it away when done, and the oven is clean! Can even cover left-overs in pan with foil, refrigerate and reheat the next day - be careful on which products you do this with - potatoes and vegetables are best - not perishables.

For someone that hates to have dirty pots and pans laying around, this is a good solution. I plan my meals in these pans. I prepare the pan with the food I will cook, wrap them in tin foil and when I am ready to cook them I put them in the oven or if I do not want to cook my food right there and then, I freeze them. Kepps my kithcen clean, no grease to deal with-just through it away after it's used. Worth it for busy people.

This is an excellent drip pan for a BBQ grill. It keeps the drippings from hitting the coals then releasing potential toxins to infuse the meat which has been linked as a potential carcinogen. The pans are a cleaner cook surface than a grill grate.
