I needed this to put a cap on the end of the top rail of a chain link fence. Had it on within 5 minutes of delivery.

I use these when I transport my bike on a rack behind my car and remove the seat. 1 3/8” is a perfect fit for my seat tube. It prevents rain and dirt from going into the seat tube and the nice snug fit prevents it from blowing off.

I have 1.5 inch posts, as this product was supposedly extremely flexible (NOT) it sounded like it would do the trick, NOT.They are barely an inch, and I mean barely, there is no WAY they will stretch to 1.5 inches "VC Series Vinyl caps are extremely flexible and Pliable. Can stretch up to 1/16" larger for a snug fit." Last time I did math, 1 7/16 plus 1/16 equals 1.5...Not only did the company refuse to accept a return or refund, they berrated me for ordering an incorrect size, not once but in multiple emails.Horrific customer service, horrific experience, and horrific product.

Well made, easily stretched over 1-1/2 pipe, but falls right off a 1-3/8 pipe. Maybe mine were sized incorrectly. If I was buying again I would buy smaller ones.
