First, this mini exerciser bike is very easy to assemble. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. So, I put it together in very little time. Next, I tried to follow the suggestions on the proper use of the bike, sitting on a higher chair and pedaling up and down. This didn't work for me. I am relatively tall (5'11") and have long legs and couldn't find a chair in my house that worked with this method. In fact, I couldn't even get both my feet into the pedals easily. Finally, I moved the bike a little further away from the chair, so I was pedaling in a more inclined position. This worked much better. And, since the bike was on carpeting, the bike didn't slide forward. The pedal movement isn't really smooth. There are little jerks now and again. But, at this price point, you can't expect perfection.

This thing is freaking awesome. It’s compact and effective and allows you to get some movement and exercise while seated. Great for people who spend long hours in front of computer screens and getting the blood pumping and will fit easily under just about any desk. I love that you can adjust the resistance quite easily and try to go slow and difficult or fast and easy. I tend to fidget a lot and this helps immensely for reducing my fidgeting in long zoom calls cause I can just let me legs go to work while the upper body stays chill.

This mini exercise bike is perfect for leg and arm workouts! It’s compact, easy to use, and the adjustable resistance makes it great for both exercise and physical therapy. A solid choice for staying active while sitting—love it!

This is a stationary bicycle type exerciser for legs or arms. The recommendation is for it to be used seated on a straight back chair. I rotated my legs backwards first to loosen my knees and then went forward as I felt comfortable. It is quite easy to use. I was unable to use under my desk due to the height of my desktop is too low. I was using on carpet and it worked perfect and the company sends a non slip pad to use on hard floors. There is an easy push button to log your progress with a simple guide in the instruction manual. It was easy to assemble and uses one AAA battery that was supplied. You can adjust the size of the foot strap to your foot but we left is on the largest because both my husband and I will be using it. The pedals are textured and mildly curved to prevent foot slippage. I have used it with socks only but it is honestly better with sneakers.

The Padel exerciser compact exercise bike was easy to assemble and use. It's a straightforward design with no brainstorming features and performs well. It does what it is supposed to do. I've been using it for a few days now and haven't noticed any problems with its functionality.I will absolutely update the review if any issues arise.
