Each bolt is stamped 316 and 1/4" (for the size).
This 1/4” UNC Eye Nut has a breaking load of 520lbs.
Depending on the application a safety factor is applied to the Breaking Load to give a Working Load Limit. As a guide, at a 4:1 safety factor the WLL would be 140lbs.
The thread count on this 1/4” UNC eye nut is 20.

I used these 1/4" eye nuts on the end of stainless steel eye bolts to create a couple of adjustable utility rails on my beach cart. All six were high quality with no blemishes or threading problems. I am definitely pleased with them and I will order them again if I need more eye nuts.

The drop rack on my 4 wheeler is made of expanded metal and the openings in the mesh are too small to hook bungees into for tieing down gear. I’ve installed several of these using stainless screws and fender washers. It gives me several locations to hook bungees to secure gear in the rack.

It's hard to complain too much given the low price, but the quality control on these lifting eyes is low, so if you're going with this product, maybe buy more than you need.Of the 6, 2 were un-useable out of the package. One had what look like material from cutting or drilling the holes lodge in the threads that had to be tapped out with a punch. On the other, the threads were either not complete or poorly sized at the end of the hole, and I was unable to thread a bolt all the way through. Eventually I forced it, but this resulted in separation of material.

The eye bolt was exactly what I needed to hang these with. They are for coarse thread 1/4" rods.They seem heavy enough to hold feed as well as the feeder.

I used these Eye Nuts along with this manufacturer's Eye Bolts and large plastic bowls to make rain protection covers for my bird feeders. I purchased all of these items from Amazon and all are well made.

i used these on my boat inside the cabin to replace the acorn nuts on the fasteners that hold the handrails on the coachroof. they provide attachment points in the interior for all kinds of things from a shock cord that I use to hang paper towel roll to hanging stowage nets. Great item.
