I have an old paint edger, different than what was in the pictures, but it fit perfectly. These replacement pads look nice enough. I have not really used edger pads to paint much, so can't really compare. I found these seemed to push the paint a bunch, especially to the edges (edges of the edger) so it did not make a smooth line as I had hoped.

These are a slightly more fine bristle than the name brand ones I had used from big box stores. As normal, the edging tools work fine, but it does take a little practice to ensure you don't build up too much paint and push it past where you want your edge. Best practice is to start with less paint build up on the tool and start in away from the edge (say painting a wall up next to a ceiling), then gradually move up into the edge after the bulk of the paint is feathered out a little.
