Paintball is a very popular sport all over the word:

paintballs are used in the paintball gun. Gelatin is one of main material during producing paintball; the dosage of gelatin is 40-45% .the gelatins applied in paintball are to lessen the force of its impact. The gelatin is formulated so as to establish the optimal balance between elasticity and brittleness, enable the paintballs to break open on impact yet not break when initially fired and avoid yet burst open when they hit someone without causing any tissue damage beyond mild bruising.

I really like the green color that this comes in, but green is my favorite color. These are good quality and didn't see any broken paintballs in the bag. This comes with 1,000 so that's more than enough for me. I also used this with a slingshot and works well for that as well. No complaints with these paintballs.

I have a deeply running love and passion for paintball. So when I saw these, I jumped at the opportunity to try them. At 36 years old, I still favor my old school guns; Smart Parts Impulses, Smart Parts Shockers, Bob Long Timmy’s (especially an Alias or newer age G6R), Ego’s, Angel Speeds, Dye DM4’s, Diablo Wraths, all of the way to lower end blowbacks like Spyders and Piranhas (E99’s, Special Editions, Flash’s, etc.). That’s just the biasing I have in me from growing up with these kinds of markers. I do still own some newer gen space guns, though (for obvious reasons like improved platforms and performance).I don’t play professionally. I’m not near good enough to compete at that level, and likely won’t put the work in to ever reach that status. I play recreationally, and I love every moment of it. So although the quality of my paint is important to me, I’m not as critical of it as a competing player would be.I ordered a case of the red paint, the yellow/gold paint, and the green paint. Each case seemed to be a bit unique to itself (the differing batches that is). When the cases arrived, I was really surprised to see how small they were. I didn’t believe that they fit 1000 rounds in each box. But, I was wrong. My experiences with each went as follows:Red paint:The case arrived with two bags of 500 rounds. One bag had three broken balls in it, and the other had none. A lot of the paint was already dimpled from sitting, and it’s safe to assume that the shipping process likely wasn’t very nice to them, either. But it was obvious that it was only a couple of balls that broke, so I shrugged it off and made peace with the fact that I’d need to lay them on some paper towels to roll and clean off. When dropping a few while cleaning them, they hit my LVP flooring and bounced right back up without breaking. I noticed a handful of balls with deformations in the paint when I was cleaning these; as in, it looked like way too much material was used on one point of the ball, creating a huge lump that would undoubtedly break when being shot out of a marker.Yellow/Gold paint:Again, the case arrived with two bags of 500 rounds. Each bag had some broken balls, ultimately totaling seven. I made peace with the fact that I’d need to lay them on some paper towels to roll and clean off. This batch wasn’t near as dimpled and appeared to be much more fresh than the box of red paint. However, the paint seemed to be much more brittle (hence the broken balls). I didn’t even do a bounce test because I was already confident that they were just going to break. I did not notice any deformations when cleaning these.Green paint:Again, the case arrived with two bags of 500 rounds, but no broken balls at all. And the dimpling in this case was less than the others, but was still present to a minor degree. This batch was much stronger and the shells were much thicker like the red batch. I dropped three on the LVP flooring, and they bounced back up without breaking. I did not notice any deformations in the paint. This batch was the best batch that I got out of the three cases. When shooting a hopper of each color paint through my Strange Impulse and Halo B, it shot pretty well! Much better than I expected. When bored correctly, all of it was as accurate as it could get considering the dimpling. The red and green paint suffered a couple of barrel breaks, while the yellow/gold paint had at least five barrel breaks. I’m happy with the performance of it though, considering the price. It’s much better than many other brands of paint that I’ve shot before. And most of the paint broke on impact when hitting a harder surface (like a human body). What stood out to me the most as a con is the paint inside of the ball, itself. When having to clean the paintballs after unboxing them, the paper towel rolling method wasn’t near as effective; I actually ended up having to pick up a number of the balls and wipe them off because the paint would just dry and stick to them (so much to the point that it would have drastically affected their performance if I hadn’t cleaned them). The fact that it’s non-toxic and eco-friendly outweighs this con, but it took some time to clean them and was an inconvenience. I had one ball from the red batch that had cracked open, but the paint dried inside of the ball before it was tilted in a direction that it would leak out. This ball was basically a rock at that point. And getting hit by that thing would not be a good time.I would like to thank Amazon for allowing me to be a part of their Vine program. I picked up my grandkids some slingshots and I didn't want them sitting metal bearings so I thought paintballs would be a good idea. I came across this 2000 count box and couldn't pass it up. I actually bought three different boxes and colors from same manufacturer. I set up targets in the backyard, went over rules and safety and then let them at it. They love it and they are learning a way to provide for themselves while having fun. The quality of them is good. I haven't found any word one yet. The colors are pretty bright so they can easily see what they hit. I highly recommend. Totally worth any penny.

Smooth, clean paintballs that don't break too easily but definitely break on impact. (Doesn't hurt they're my favorite color.) I don't really play paintball but using these to scare off feral cats (or other critters that get too close to our chickens.) I don't hit the animal of course, just find something near them that will break them and splatter the animal (scaring it off.)

For the money, this is a fantastic item to order. The paintballs are made of quality material and function great in my Tippman. They splatter well when impacting their target, are as accurate as my gun, and leave a good mark where they hit.

These paintballs are quite hard and durable, making them tough to break, which is great for hitting harder targets like wooden posts or bunkers. However, when it comes to softer targets or players, they don't seem to break as reliably. I wouldn't necessarily recommend these for competitive play, as only a few of the paintballs break consistently upon impact. This can be frustrating. On the plus side, they’re perfect for practice sessions or target shooting. The paintballs also have a nice color, though there is some dimpling, which could affect their flight and consistency. While they may not be ideal for high-level competition, they are still a fun and affordable option for casual play or practice.
