Tool was a little loosly put together. Poor quality.The gluing buttons were cheap and broke easliy, the glue stuck well to the buttons but not to the car body, dont waste your money on this one!

Bought this to fix a minor dent on my car. Followed the instructions, where there is no glue gun included with all the components. The provided glue is not strong enough and does not bond with the car surface. This was tried over various times, with the lasts being a half hour wait for the glue to fully harden. Again no success. A total waste of money.

The puller does what it needs to do-but the glue and tabs are useless. With better glue and good tabs It did the job-pulled a door ding out, probably 75% better than it was. This was also my first attempt at PDR.

The puller and tabs came in what it looked like a ziplock bag. It wasn’t operational when delivered, some screws and a knob were lose in the bag. Additionally, some of the tabs seemed used. I could have repaired it and try it out, but the presentation didn’t give me much confidence. I gave it two stars because it was at a really good price when compared to similar products,

This product is crap!!!!! It doesn't make any dents or anything at all come off your vehicle. The glue doesn't stay on your vehicle long enough to fix your problem. I've used 4 different shape heads and I've done what the directions THEY GIVE YOU says to do and it doesn't work. I've been trying to fix my car for 4 hours and tried using different angles....... IT DON'T WORK!!!!!! I was really excited to get this so it'll take the dent out of my jeep...... it doesn't. Figured I'd let you know before you waste your money or time and have hopes this'll work. It doesn't. I'm only putting a star because it's making me.
