Got this kit to work on some dings on my tailgate. The puller is mostly plastic but, in the photos it looks like metal construction. Don't put too much pressure on the top lever as it only has a little plastic screw holding it in, rather grab the top as well for leverage. The yellow glue sticks don't work as well, they come off while trying to pull on the device. The black glue sticks work a lot better and I was able to pull out the dent a little at a time. Make sure you wait at least 5 minutes for the glue to dry and when you are ready to use the puller, just pull softly until the base comes off. Be patient and go slow and you can make a difference on the dents.

Unfortunately my vehicle was bumped with a shopping cart when I recently went to the store. While it wasn't a big dent, it definitely could be seen and I wanted to fix it as it was obvious and ugly. Instead of taking it to a body shop, I decided to use a dent puller kit and fix it myself.As this was the first time I've ever pulled out a car dent myself, I took the time to review the instructions and I watched a few videos on how it works. After getting all the details I took to the small dent on the front panel to see what could be done. Within 25 minutes I was able to easily pull the dent from the car panel and it was completely smooth. I did go rather slow during the process as I wanted to make sure it was done correctly and I am very pleased with the results.While this was a smaller dent, I do feel this kit would be useful for larger dents and I have it in my tool case for future use as well. Overall I am very pleased with the results and I would definitely recommend it to other individuals who are looking for ways to remove dents from their vehicles.
