Pretty to look at, difficult to put together. Would have been cute if it worked. Assembly was a nightmare. You get one side together and start on the other side just for the first side to fall apart. You think it's all put together and you pick it up and it falls apart. There's nothing keeping it together once you put it together. There's foam stripping in the box but nothing in the directions to tell you what to do with it. Had to jerry- rig it to get it to stay together and once we got one bolt in it fell apart. White flag waved. You can have it back.

One unit is easy to install, two or three is torture. We had passed the return window, so we put them up. Putting all the pieces in one bracket and then trying to attach the next bracket is so frustrating. I wish they had an opening in the end of the brackets to allow you to slide the pieces in from the front and then a clip to hold them in place. A small gutter attachment would be great too.
