I am very impressed with the quality of this product. First, the box used to ship the product is of an extremely durable cardboard. It clearly was designed with the intent of keeping the product safe during transit. Second, when you open the box, you’ll find the pad to the back rest, wrapped in soft touch plastic. Third, the frame is wrapped in its own canvas bag with a company logo printed on it. And finally, all the hardware used to mount the rest is found taped to the bottom of the box in a bag that is heat seal separated by piece. Installation was a breeze and the fit was perfect.
