I think that this is a wonderful product for kids and adults alike! Tunes are easily played within a few days and it’s great fun for anyone! Has a fabulous tone too! It is a really good quality product!

Absolutely the best instrument I have ever purchased for my grandson, the sound is amazing and the music book enclosed is brilliant for beginners I have no doubt he will love playing this panyard drum for many years

It's a decent size, sounds like you'd expect. Doesn't sound risky dink like a Walmart toy, but not as good as the more expensive ones. Then again it's not $1000+. The tuning is not perfect, but it is close (i checked with a tuner), but the notes are close enough to each other to where songs dont sound off. The "case" they say it comes with is simply the cardboard box it comes in and they put a handle on it. Not something you'd expect to carry around with any style or real protection.The biggest problem I had was that it didn't come with the mallets, even tho both Amazon description and the box says it does. I contacted Amazon, and they couldn't even send me mallet. Instead, they opted to send me a whole new drum and want me to return the other one. To me that's more expensive and more time consuming but whatever. The new one came, again, no mallets. That's like buying a violin and not getting the bow. I eventually had to buy my own mallets. For $200+ I'd expect better. The manufacturer needs to check their quality control.It's a solid pan tho, the stand is sturdy tabletop, and the suspension straps are solid. If they'd included the mallets, I'd have maybe given a 4 star.Still, for the price it's not bad

The frame or stand is cheaply made but the Drum itself sounds great. Bought the chrome model and it sounds great. Expensive and lousy stand.

This was given as a gift and I wish I would have opened the box ahead of time. It's just very cheap looking and overpriced. the notes are hand drawn on by a sharpie, and not in the neatest handwriting, the circles are hand drawn around each note in sharpie and are inconsistently drawn. The stand is round black plastic pvc like material. Even though it doesn't state that the stand is metal, the picture on the box depicts a beefier square metal tubing. I told the person who I gave it to that I wouldn't be insulted if they wanted to return it. They do, so it's going back.

Product was as described. Stand is cheaply made and did not receive the "cool carrying case" that was supposed to be included. Drum has a great sound. Just a little disappointed that everything wasn't included.

The drum sounds great and is easy to play. However, the stand is plastic and came broken. It also didn't include the carry case as indicated.
