The appearance and brightness are great, the overall quality not so much. The chrome bezels are plastice and a little on the weak side. They are advertised as flush mount but are not. There are two protrusions on the back side that the provided screws go through that don't allow the light to sit flush against a surface. Plus the screws are very weak. Broke off three of them trying to screw down the lights, and that was by hand not with a power driver. Overall they are OK and you get what you pay for.

Super nice and easy to install

I recently installed these on our sailboat to replace old floor night light. Thes lights are easy to install and give off a rather bright light which may affect one's ability to see at night. This notwithstanding, they are nice and add look to the boat which compliments both the woodwork and the upholstery. I purchased five of these in total, one had a short which I may be able to repair.
