Compared to stiff plastic covers, these vinyl ones are great! The size is big enough for each one to cover garments on at least 3 velvet hangers. Another plus is that the covers barely smelled at all. I just let them “breathe” a bit before I covered the clothes.

If necessary these can be rinsed out. They dry quickly for reuse. Keeps airborne lint, dust and dog hairs off your clean items.

Living in a state where there are four definite seasons and needing an array of clothing for each season, I was looking for something less cumbersome than heavy garment bags to protect the clothes in my closet for a few months before I will wear them again. Garments hanging on hangers in my closet don't get dirty, but they often seem to accumulate a slight film of dust, necessitating brushing the shoulders off before wearing them again in the appropriate season. These shoulder protectors provide the perfect solution. I can readily see the items and they are in wearable condition as soon as I remove the protectors.

this value pack is handy to cover seasonal items and keep dust off the shoulders of garments. They are not very sheer but opaque. Not a concern for this user. I did have a couple of the covers come apart on the but a little glue fixed it right up.
