I bought two and each piece was in its own very decent paper cardboard envelope and both were in a much larger paper based Amazon bag. Both pieces were bent like a potato chip in identical fashion, making me think it happened during the shearing operation as each piece had plenty of room to mover around in shipment. I am using them for a prototype application and I can deal with it but I don't think the average home user would be able to make them lay flat. Good material. If you plan on screwing it down, then you will have no problems.

Showed up bent but straightened out. Must have gotten an edge piece because one edge didnt have holes in it, and the the next row was spaced our farther than the rest of the pattern.

We bought a plexiglass front squirrel feeder. It only took a few days for the squirrels to chew through the plexiglass. Purchased the stainless-steel perforated sheet. My husband cut it to size to slip in the glass holder, no more problems. Great product.
