Advantage
Made of flexible rubber features high temperature, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, strong sealing, and insulation. Rubber allows for more effective sealing of harder materials or irregular surfaces.
Rubber washers can be used for sealing applications, i.e. in water, oil, air, etc. They can also be used for cushioning, reducing pressure and friction, increasing the contact area and providing a support surface for fasteners.
When screwing a nut onto a nylon or glass item, it is recommended to use a rubber spacer as a cushion in order to prevent its surface from tearing.
Instruction
Place the washer between the item to be fixed and the bolt, and tighten the bolt.

They are a nice alternative to silicone o-rings that some keyboards sell as a way to quiet things down.I bought them to just test with, and after a month, I'm pretty happy with the results. There are better ways to quiet a keyboard, and these aren't transparent, but they do work!

These rubber washers measure to the correct dimensions. Good consistent quality and smooth surface with no mold flash or any other weirdness. I am using these to isolate vibrations between various parts.

I like to keep a bunch of various sized rubber washers on hand since they're frequently useful for different projects.These can be useful as seals to prevent water entry around nuts & bolts, or as isolators to reduce vibration on various appliances.These are high quality rubber washers. Fairly rigid, but also compress well. Material feels durable.Cleanly cut with minimal burrs or rased spots that can create leaks.No complaints, they do what I need them to do.
