It worked great for about 3-4 weeks. Now past the return window and whenever it rains we lift it up and there is all water on the underside (inside part touching the furniture). The point of this is to keep the furniture and pillows dry but it doesn't work.Additionally the fabric now has rips in it that are lower towards the ground where we secure it. These rips don't affect the furniture much because they are so low but never the less still something to note.This was the perfect size and we were pleased with it for about a month or so but it appears whatever protective layer kept water out must wear off.

Absolutely fabulous… a much better solution to protect our outdoor furniture (putting away inside is time consuming & we have to get creative with where to put it). And when the season turns and we are ready to use our outdoor furniture all we have to do is take the cover off and fold it up. A happy experience guaranteed!We actually had strong winds & heavy rains earlier in the week and this cover kept everything dry and we didn’t have cushions flying around the yard.Very happy with the purchase and well worth the money.

We love this cover - it's sturdy, great material. It also looks great as long as it's not raining/storming. The problem we have is when it rains. The water pools in between the table and the chairs and then the cover sinks due to the heaviness. My and my husband's feet have gotten soaked too many times from attempting to get out the water where it dips. Plus it could use more hold-down straps - because when the wind blows, it goes up under the cover and up in the air it goes. My husband will either find a different way to fix the 'ponding' of the water or we'll end up purchasing individual chair covers to solve the problem.

I was disappointed because it is so huge, almost twice as big as what I expected. So, I decided to cut the 3 extra feet all around. Fortunately, I started at a corner where I saw there was a string I could pull to tighten the edge all around.- no need cut. Now, it does not touch the ground. There are also straps to attach each corner to the table legs so that it does not move even in big wind. It is excellent for the rain - really water proof. I which instructions would have showed the string and the straps.

This cover is 100% wateproof. We use it to cover our patio set of sofa and two armchairs. It is easy to install and to fold and we hope it will last many summers. We recommend it without hesitation.
