Did a dry fit to find it was an exact fit for my patio heater. Comes with four screws to attach it to the base of the heater. Pretty easy to fill with sand and water. Utilized a small scooper to fill to capacity with sand, and used my fingers to pack the sand in, repeat until full, then finished with water from my garden hose, which also cleaned off the sand on the exterior. Recommend filling with sand and water before attaching it to the base.
