As others have noted, the directions are not clear especially when it comes to the two pieces marked B. The directions don’t mention it so towards the end you learn it connects to the top of the table. Very time consuming due to the fact you have to use the hex deal to secure the whole thing. One thing I do not like is, to raise the top you have to remove it, remove two screws and turn it 90 degrees and put it back. To lower it you put the screws back. As a small person, I find that very annoying.I like the size, weight and color. I have not tested it to see if it is waterproof. It will be great as a deck buffet table. I would buy it again!

The item was a terrible color, much darker than the picture, and looked cheap. We ordered two and immediately decided that they were not what we wanted. We set up a return and learned we have to pay full postage. We tried to contact the seller "Kevin" and his phone has not been set up for voice mail. We have not way to contact him! When we checked the cost for postage, it will cost more to ship back than the cost of the item (which automatically tells you something about how much they cost to make!) We are out $190.00. We have been active prime members for years and have never had a seller like this!

Product looks good, although the "rattan" is made of a flimsy plastic-like material. I couldn't find anywhere else a coffee table with a lifting top within this price range. I'm very satisfied in this regard. However, assembling the table was harder than I expected. Instructions are clear enough. I'm a handy person, and yet it took me hour and a half to put it together using the allen tools that came with the kit. I wish I had ratchet wrench for this task. Regardless, the effort was worth it.

Assembly was tricky and frustrating due to frame misalignment. I had to bend the metal framing to get the screw holes to align properly. Also, was missing four screws so required a trip to the hardware store. Once assembled though, seemed sturdy enough. Maybe I just got a bad one.

Screw packet labels do not match the letters shown on the instructions. There are also some packets without labels at all. I regularly assemble things and this was one of the most annoying - not difficult - just annoying.Table looks and works as expected. Overall I am very happy with the table.

Was the hardest thing we put together. Parts not labeled very well. Holes missed lined. Not very strong after put together.
