The local pet store cages were either far too small or too big for our new hamster. This is a great size and allowed adding plenty bedding for burrowing. The plastic bottom tub makes cleanup easier than metal or wood, and is transparent enough to watch the hamster burrowing and sleeping ;)

It's a great size, we have a syrian hamster and he needed more room to roam. It fits his wheel and his 2 little houses. He is super happy.

When the first cage arrived, the bottom plastic piece was busted, I contacted the seller and they sent me out a whole Nother cage.

So first I want to say customer service is excellent, fast to get a response from and very pleasant and professional. No issues with the actual cage my daughter loves it and so do I. My issue was with shipping due to where I am a lot of postal services were interrupted. Thank you customer service I was able to receive it in the mail. I’m still in shock I got it. It’s perfect and much bigger than I expected. Easy to assemble very sturdy. WAY BETTER then the cages they have at any pet store. better for the hamster. would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to bring a hamster home this is the cage. Sits nice on my daughter’s floor in her room and the wheels what a perfect touch. To anyone hesitant in purchasing this cage DO IT….your hamster will love you.
