Missing pieces, parts don’t line up, it’s hard to put together and I am not happy about this product could not finish putting it together because pegs were too loose…

My Tortoise loves her new tank, really easy to assemble, the only negative is the bottom tray doesn't come out as advertised it's built into the unit. But not a huge deal as I replace all of the substrate monthly. My tortoise is about 7 inches across in the photo for reference.

Purchased for my sister and found installation is not clear. If you're not someone who's good with using power tools and screws, the installation will be difficult. Theres no pre-drilled holes to put screws. Fortunately I have some experience so it was less difficult but still took 2 hours. Overall satisfied with how it turned out at the end

We enjoy this habitat as well as does our turtles. A little awkward to assemble, some doors don't fit exact but it's minor.

Ordered this product for a baby tortoise. First thing I noticed is that the instructions are awful, but more than that the quality of the material is some of the worst that I’ve seen. Screws don’t have aligned holes and when you do screw the provided screws in, the “wood” splits. I can go on and on about the poor quality of this product, but you get the point. Avoid

I think everything came. I’m not sure. I can’t build it and am having trouble because no instruction manual was included :/ but it is large and seems to be good quality.

We have 2 Russian Tortoises that were sold to us stating they can be together and in an aquarium. After we got home and set them up that was 100% incorrect. They do get along so we bought this. They each can have a spot if they need a time out and a divider is sold with this(it’s just not installed right now). Shipping came faster than estimated by about 5 days! It was easy to put together didn’t take more than an hour if that. I was worried about the bottom but it has a plastic liner. My tort’s like to burrow so we may end up putting in more dirt but so far we are happy. Much more visually appealing than a lot of other options and at a great price! Middle lid probably needs to be put on we did not originally but a short time later one of the Tory’s started to scale it and the plant.
