Great for the gym, very light weight for a pair of 2 in 1's! I got a larger size than I normally do and I’m glad I did as they run a little small!

These shorts are quite long but they are well made and comfortable to wear. I use them for working out but not for any cardio like running or cycling. I find there to be a little too much fabric for that. I appreciate the inner compression lining which helps hold everything in place but in general these are quite baggy for me and not really ideal for my workouts. They are listed as a basketball short so maybe they are perfect for that. I do like the green and black accent colors but don't love the printed neon lines on the sides. They look weird and almost an afterthought. Sizing wise I went with a medium and the lining fits well. The outer shell material as mentioned before is larger than I would have wanted.

I use these shorts for weightlifting and yoga. They work well for both but, I believe they work best for weightlifting.They fit loose in the waist area which makes them a nice comfortable pair of shorts for weightlifting. The shorts also include a drawstring so I am able to tighten them but even when tightening the short, they are still slightly loose. I am a 34 waist and I ordered a medium. In regards to using these shorts for yoga, they are almost perfect however I noticed that because they are slightly loose instead waist area, I find myself having to pull up and adjust the back of the shorts on some of the poses.My favorite feature that these shorts have is the built in liner. The liner is very comfortable too.I also like the that the shorts are dual colored.This keeps them from just looking like a plain part of shorts. The last thing that you need to be aware of is that there are no side pockets on these shorts.These shorts are great for low to moderate intensity workouts. I would not use them for high intensity workouts due to the looseness in the waist area.
