This is really great quality and super easy to install! The twist part is super convenient for installing! It's sturdy and well made.I was not paying attention when I ordered and didn't realize it's for a rain shower head and you need the bar. Otherwise your shower head shoots towards the ceiling. SO, learn from my mistakes.I ended up just attaching the hose to the top and the other shower head to the bottom and turning the valve to only use the hose. The way the hose is held is perfect for showers so it worked out well. It's a great price and secure, no leaks! Just use the o rings and some pipe tape before screwing in and you're good.

I recently installed the brass shower diverter in my bathroom, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The brushed nickel finish not only looks expensive but also adds a touch of elegance to my shower space. The color is rich, and the entire piece feels exceptionally well-made and sturdy. What impressed me the most is the construction – absolutely no plastic parts. It gives a reassuring feel of durability and longevity. The solid build suggests it can withstand regular use without showing signs of wear and tear.Installation was a breeze. I followed the setup shown in the photo, and it worked like a charm. However, I would recommend using plumber's tape during installation, just to ensure a tight seal and prevent any potential leaks. One of the standout features for me is the convenience of having both a rain shower head and a handheld option without the need for an additional pipe behind the wall. It's a perfect retrofit for the stylish shower heads available today, providing a seamless and functional upgrade.Overall, I'm thrilled with this brass shower diverter. It not only adds a beautiful aesthetic to my bathroom but also proves to be a practical and well-crafted addition to enhance the shower experience. Highly recommended for those looking to elevate their shower setup without a complicated installation process.

I made the mistake of ordering this thinking it would just work with my showerhead and handheld that I already have. I'm always on the lookout for a good diverter since the ones I find at the local hardware stores are made of plastic, and tend to break. This one is a very heavy duty metal and the entire piece is very heavy and feels very sturdy. That said I didn't realize this was made to work with an extension arm when I ordered it. Because of that, one of the two outputs goes up rather than down, expecting you to attach an extender arm that points upward. I will probably use this after getting an extender arm, but I wish I had paid more attention when I ordered, since this doesn't work without an extender arm since directly attaching a showerhead would make it point in the wrong direction.Overall very nice and heavy duty product if it fits your application.

Tried a couple of diverters until I found this one. Really solid, all metal construction and the finish is just what I wanted. The switch allows mixing of the two outputs and I haven't experienced any leaking, even with the long rain arm extension I have on the top outlet. Highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical after reading one of the reviews on this show arm diverter but I had no issues. I have basically the same setup as pictured, a rain shower head and a hand wand. So the rain shower head has an arm to make it go higher which would be what this is for I assumed.Either way, it installed easily, and using teflon tape no leaks under testing. It looks good and the holder is nice so you dont have to put another holder in the shower or on the wall.

This thing is built to last, the solid brass construction feels substantial and sturdy, no more worries about cheap plastic cracking or giving out, and the brushed nickel finish looks sleek and modern, and it seems like it'll hold up to daily wear and tear. No more fumbling with a slippery handheld that keeps escaping its cradle! The fixed connector is a total lifesaver my shower wand stays put where I want it, even when I'm mid shampoo. The 3 way switching between the handheld and overhead shower is super convenient, I love being able to switch on the fly depending on my mood (or how tangled my hair is getting!) I had to fiddle with it a bit before figuring out the optimal setup.

It's gonna be difficult to describe this without pictures and I've already removed the diverter so unfortunately, I don't have any.The diverter has a huge design flaw that made it unusable. Look at the image and consider where your existing shower arm inserts. Then look at the adjacent outflowing pipes and imagine connecting your shower head to one of them. The shower head is either going to point at the ceiling at a 45 degree angle or straight down, 90 degrees to the floor.I had intended to hook a 10" rainfall shower head to this but I couldn't even screw it on because there was no room. The correct way to have designed it was to have the outflowing pipe maintain the SAME angle of your existing shower arm. So the path between those two pipes should have been STRAIGHT, not angled. Just look at how other shower diverters are designed. 99% of them are made this way.
