I shift between both sides while sleeping, typical leaning a bit more toward laying on my stomach. I have tried full size body pillows, king and standard bed pillows, and even folded-up flattened old pillows for extra stability for my topside leg and/or tummy (laying on my back makes me feel nauseated). All of the aforementioned pillow types have never been comfortable, plus are difficult to drag with me beneath covers when I roll over to my other side.I am 5' 3" and ordered the smaller size, which stretched out is about 32", and when curled about 28". I added all of the surplus stuffing they supplied since I wanted more firmness. It did not change the length but does make it tighter to button the ends together. I LOVE everything about this new pillow ... colors, seam piping, long covered zipper, strong button tabs, and the soft plush fabric.When removing the insert to add more stuffing, I could see both shell and insert were stitched with elastic to create the segments; this allows expansion for additional stuffing and curvature. The insert is very well made and was easy to stuff from one end. After readjusting the poly fill, zipping the insert back into the shell only required a bit of effort. The bag the extra filling came in is reusable for storing other things.I slept with this for the first time last night and had far fewer times of shifting between left and right sides during the night. I usually begin on my right side, and soon after have to switch to my left from leg fatigue. This time, however, I managed to sleep more than 2 hours on my right side before needing to switch. No matter which direction I hug the curve, it offers me just the right amount of comfortable support. It didn't get in the way of spooning behind my husband, nor did it make me feel hot. In contrast to a full body pillow, this pod allows me to rest the calf of the upper leg on the mattress instead of being unnaturally elevated.It is nicer than I was anticipating, so I can highly recommend this even at my original price point of 39.99 with no coupon discount. It is a worthwhile functional product for me and is cute as can be!

Ailuteie Peallow – Cuddle Pillow, Bolster Pillow for Bed, Soft Hugging Pillow for Adults, Great for Sleep & Lumbar SupportI've tried tons of different body pillows and knee pillows for side sleeping and I've finally found THE ONE!Size, shape - The length, thickness, and curve are great for side sleeping. This helped with knee and hip pain without taking up as much space as most body pillows or even standard bed pillows. Being smaller also helps it and me stay cool. The smaller size that I got should be good for this purpose for most people up to maybe 5'10." People taller than that might find it a bit short but still usable. It arrives with a good amount of poly stuffing in it and tons of extra in case you want it thicker or firmer.Cover - The cover is super soft, easy to remove and replace, and washable. It dried quickly and easily, and came out just as soft as it was before. It's actually so soft that it's slick. It actually might stay in place better if it were a little less soft, but it's fine. The piping on the sides hopefully means that seam will be strong over time, but makes it a little less comfortable to have against you. Twisting the cover a little helped by moving the piping away from the sides. I love that the zipper is covered/hidden by a flap so that it doesn't scratch you.Temperature - The smaller size and poly fill rather than foam help it stay cooler and help me sleep cooler since it doesn't retain heat and doesn't cover as much of the body.For anyone who wants to roll it up to use on your lap for reading or handheld gaming, it has a convenient button on the ends to help the ends stay together. This pillow is really versatile and an especially good find for side sleeping.

My wife says size does matter, and this doesn't feel quite big enough, even though we ordered the longer size.It's still nice though, and I think she uses this every night.

Ordered the 47” for my 3yo. We’ve been trying to get him into his own bed for a long time but haven’t had any luck. He has to sleep right up on my side. If I get out of bed he wakes and will not sleep until I’m back and he’s glued to me. I was hoping this pillow would be something I could put next to him so he thinks I’m still there. So far, it’s worked! We’re hoping this pillow will eventually help him feel comfortable sleeping in his own space.He also loves to climb on it, use it to lean on when using his tablet and uses it to “hide” from us. It can be used in his sensory tent too.When I opened it I wasn’t overly impressed. I knew it said it would take 24-48 hours to get to full size but it had grown so much when I opened it that I kind of thought that was the full size. Being an impatient person, & a little disappointed, I decided to try to make it bigger by fluffing it by hand. This worked well! The pillow was noticeably larger so I again thought that was probably the full size. Wrong again. The following day it was even bigger!The cover is soft and washable. Has a button on it so you can connect the ends to make it a circle.An extra bag of filling was included. I’ve never seen that before. :) I saw it said more filling could be added or some could be removed depending on personal preference but I assumed I’d have to buy filling separately if I wanted to add some. Very thoughtful that extra was included. If we don’t need it, I was thinking it would be cute to make little peas and use the extra filling to stuff them.The larger size is about $40 and is worth every penny!
