WE HAVE 4 MULTI INSTRUMENT PLAYERS THAT HAVE 2 STUDIOS AND 2 PRACTICE SPACES. USING THE PEARL RACK MAKES MOVING EQUIPMENT SO FAST IT ISNT FUNNY. ONCE YOU DIAL IN YOUR SETUP, APPLY MEMORY LOCKS AND YOU WILL HAVE THE EXACT SAME SET UP IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS BECAUSE THE RACK & CLAMPS NEVER MOVESINCE THE PEARL RACK IS SQUARE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MOVEMENT WHATSOEVER. THE PEARL RACKS & CLAMPS HAVE NO SQUEAK WHATSOEVER, SO YOU AREN'T HAVING TO FIND THE SQUEAK IN YOUR KIT FOR THE HOUSE PA GUY.OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS WHAT TO DO WITH THE MULIPE LOWER PART OF THE STANDS.IF YOU WANT TO GIG WITH THE RACK YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE RECORD SETUP AND TEAR DOWN TIMES. AND CONSISTENT DRUM PLACEMENT

I've purchased 2 of these. One for my practice / touring setup and one for my rehearsal / studio setup. It holds my djembe mount perfectly on my rack!

Oh man is this thing awesome. So versatile and rock solid. Use it for toms cymbals or as a mic stand. Cleaned up so much room around my kit that I can use for activities now!

I was upset at myself for not ordering this sooner, mostly because I needed it before our next rehearsal. What a great surprise to find it on the doorstep in time for me to take it that evening. Oh - and the clamp? Well, the Pearl Icon series of racks by far is the best I have used over the years... rock solid and things stay put. This particular clamp allows a lot of flexibility for positioning components.

Great clamp for your Pearl Rack. Does a great job of positioning my rack toms to where I want them. A couple of dollars more than the PCX100's but worth it. I have 5 of them.

This thing is just what I needed, I am using it to mount my floor toms up on the rack so I can put a 20" kick as a standing floor tom I can adjust these toms exactly where I want them. I Love these things I am getting them for all my toms!DL Stele'
