How to Measure
- Rest for 5 minutes before measurement
- Tie the cuff to the upper arm, then place the tube off-center toward the inner side of the arm, in line with the little finger.
- Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface.
- Press the "Start/Stop" button to start the measurement.
- Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.

Bought this for myself and found out it can also be used on my kids as it have three sizers. It’s easy to use and has a type-c power option so it doesn’t need to be on battery. Also good with travel has it has the battery option.

The whole set comes with three sizes wrist belt. It suitable for the whole family members! I am not sure how accurate the pressure numbers comparing with hospital ones. So far, I think it’s ok. We use it when we need it. It also chargeable!

I needed a blood pressure monitor for my newborn so I decided to give this one a try. It came well packaged and I liked how it came with 3 different size cuffs. I have a smart watch that tracks my heart rate, sleep pattern, etc. but I thought it might be a good idea to monitor my blood pressure as well. This machine is easy to use and seems to be well made. I plan to use it along other metrics to track my progress as I switch to a more healthy lifestyle.
