The design of this insert is a joke. It doesn’t support an infant’s head at all. We ended up buying an insert from Munchkin for a fraction of the price that better cradles an infant head. Very disappointing that Peg Perego fails with this product. Only upside to this product is the fabric used.

i was really excited about this - but once i got it in the stroller the straps are still to big for my 2m old. my stroller is a peg perego ypsi.there is very little in the way of instructions - both with what come w this product and w my stroller and online.i would test it out in store first to make sure it works.
