Size is accurate, though if you want room for thick socks I'd suggest adding on at least a 1/2 size. The description indicates they are sized that way already, but that was not my experience. I normal wear a size 12 Croc and found these offered no more room. They are tight to get on and off (with thin socks), but once on are comfortable. For me the toe and height is were they were most snug. They are lined with neoprene which insulates, and gives them more cushion as opposed to an all rubber boot. They have removable insoles, so I suppose that could be taken out or swapped out for one thinner to change the fit and allow for thick socks. Next winter I will try that, but for now long thin socks should have me ready to stomp in puddles and walk thru shallow streams. Now for the price. At the time I ordered they were selling for $120 which is certainly too much. At the time of this review they now sell for $72, which seems more reasonable for a quality pair of rubber boots, and is the reason these merit a 5 star rating, as opposed to the 4 star they would have received at the prior price.

I'll admit I'm not using these for fishing. I do a lot of water damage cleanup and these have worked really well in wet basements. The run pretty true to size and are comfy, even when wearing for longer times. I got the camo color and wish they came in solid colors like plain black, but that doesn't affect its usability If they had more plain colors, more people would likely use them for things besides fishing like they listed them. They are all rubber and stayed dry even in quite deep water. The soles are thick and I had no worries about stepping on things under the water. They're pretty much a solid piece of rubber so longevity should be good. The design overall is nice even for my off label use. Would get these again - especially if they offered more plain colors.

Good quality. Fit per size. Very functional in appearance as well as with wear

These are some seriously well-made boots. Fully waterproof, insulated with neoprene, and they’ve got solid grip for wet or muddy ground. They run true to size, but if you plan to wear thick socks, go up a half size. A little snug getting on and off, but once they're on, they’re comfortable enough to wear for hours. Great for chores, fishing, or just stomping around in bad weather. Bonus points for being made in the USA.

Excellent high quality muck boots!! I know these are technically fishing boots (and they'd be great for that), but I got them to be used by all members of my household for cleaning out the chicken coop and walking through the garden on a mucky spring day. Easily cleaned by hosing off. These things are such great quality, we'll have them for years to come!!

Love these! Only complaint is that the boot is fairly rigid and once you get your foot in, its sort of difficult to get back out. absolutely water proof and very high quality. I would compare these to a pair i have that is double the price. The toe part is wide and the boot has a lot of foot space. tight around the ankles. Very nice boot for a fair price.

These boots are really substantial. The rubber is thick and strong. These should last a long time. They're not very flexible and they are a little tight around the top. I can't image going for long walks in these things, but they're good for a quick errand outside in the rain. They're a little difficult to pull on an off, but once on the feet they're comfortable. I like the wedge on the heel that makes it a little easier to pull the boots off. The size is right for me. I ordered a little larger than I do for shoes and there is a fair amount of room inside. The price is confusing. When I ordered them, they were $120. Another reviewer said the price dropped to $75. Today they show up at $60.
