As with anything Pelican..this is a great product...well built and just as described. I had thought about getting another brand..just a little less expensive..but..I am carrying my camera gear and want to make sure my gear is protected so for the extra money i went with peace of mind.

Seems well built and I love it, Some people bit#h about every little thing, I bought mine from warehouse deals, same as new! Holds my 5d mklll , couple of battery, 24-105 f/4, 16-35, f/2.8 , 85mm f/1.8 ,135 f/2 attached to the body and cable release...second pelican case I have purchased, have the larger size for the rest of my glass. You can arrange the dividers to suit. I recommend this over the foam due to dust after a period of time.... Just buy it!! Ken!

The Pelican 1450-004-110 combines the excellent with an absolutely awful set of padded dividers. The major problem is that the longest provided dividers are too long to span the width of the case, but at the same time not long enough to span the length. All the tabs on all of the dividers feature Velcro "hook" material, which means that you can't combine them to make longer dividers. The result is that the setup shown in the product pictures is pretty much the only one that can be used. This severely limits the versatility of this case. If the pictured layout works for you, then you're golden. If not you might want to look at the larger or cases, which have more rational divider systems, or consider a case with Pick N Pluck foam instead of dividers.
