Initially, I had posted a five star review because the original Penaten Baby Powder is purr-fect! Just like all of the other original Penaten products. It is no wonder that they have been around for over 100 years. Quality lasts and lasts! The powder feels like silk, and has a most gentle and ethereal scent. I like it!!! So there!!! That is to say - if indeed one has purchased the original MADE IN GERMANY PENATEN.HOWEVER, when I wrote the first review, I had received the correct product from a different seller! The trick is to find and purchase the powder which is actually manufactured in Germany. Last week I ordered this product again. It arrived from an entity titled 1BeautyUS. I noted that the cap was different. I read the label. It stated Product of Germany - MADE IN THAILAND! Rather goofy! This was a first! I have requested to send the product back to the seller. Buyer Beware - the terminology on the product page is not correct, and is misleading!!!

This powder works great on my 20 month old's diaper rash. I pair it with the Penaten Diaper Rash cream for a double dose of rash-fighting ingredients.
