Well made tool. Works great on OEM Ford 2000 F350 5/8" heater hoses. Will not work on after market hoses like Dayco. The slots in the Dayco hose require a wider opening. The 3/4" tool is too wide for the Dayco.

Used this to disconnect the quick connect for the heater hose line at the fire wall of a 2002 Ford F150. Went in took about 5 minutes and the broken quick connect came off. Saved me lots of time from fidgeting with it because I could not get it disconnected with anything I tried.

This tool may not always fit or be the best functioning tool, but , that one time it helps you get a heater hose off . . . Worth every penny.

This worked great removing the hosed from my 1997 F150. Both mine were 5/8", but having the 3/4" end as well will likely be handy down the road. This was plenty strong and long enough for me. If you know what you are doing and take your time with this, you will have success. Highly recommend this tool.

F150 heater hose quick disconnect tool had to use small adaptor only for both hose fittings it was a 1999 the adaptor was loose on the small one and tight on the bigger one. Naturally the plastic broke old brittle plastic in our disposable world. Wake up America

even though it said it was for the make model of truck I have the hooks were short and did not fit
