Ordered this for my wrench in order to use screw driver bits an it works great ! It's very heavy and also holds the bits securely. Great value for the money. This item is extremely hard to find in local stores. Definitely recommend

Some review said this would fit a hog ring, it WILL NOT fit my Dewalt XR impact drive hog ring. It does look like it is solid built but is a no go for me

Lock works great and requires a fair amount of tension to release the inserted bit. Feels sturdy, like it will last and be a useful socket until the day I lose it! I bought it with no specific use in mind, but have used it numerous times on a 3/8" ratchet with a tap set and it has retained the bits under pressure while extracting the bit from a freshly tapped hole.

Able to snap in bits or sockets a big plus for my 1/2 inch Craftsman impact driver gives the tool added uses..

I’m running this adaptor in a Dewalt half inch high output impact wrench is 1400 foot pounds of breaking force, and it can handle everything that I’ve thrown at it so far. I would likely buy another if I needed to.

Bought this so I could use my wimpy 3/8” drive impact wrench as an impact driver. This impact wrench was useless to me in the garage since DeWalt clearly fibbed on the torque specs and it can’t break anything loose but works well as an impact driver (which it probably was designed as).

This adapter allowed my to use my screwdriver bits with my impact wrench. Had the power needed that my other drill didn’t have.

this adapter works well, it sits on the impact wrench very nicely, that connection is really positive. it will hold any bit w the impact hex lil dip in the shank,, but a straight hex shank even w the notches wont lock in,, theyll sit in it firmly but wont lock down..the way you insert the bits is less than user friendly tho... youve got to pull the slidin sleeve up decently far to be able to insert the hex bit so itll lock it down, and the sleeve is really very hard to pull forward and feels clunky like it catches on some grooves underneath or sumn...i wish they had used a rapid load style collet instead where u can simply push the bit in n itll lock it in on its own. and no when you eject the bit,, it does not pop it out, or even give it a lil push up,, so be csreful to not use anything shorter than 2 inch bits, or else itll be an issue to retrieve.besides that its a solid adapter, works great, holds up against the impacts n whatnot, but the time wasted n the hassle involved w the bit changin is really almost a deal breaker.... imma keeep this but if i come across a better one at a solid price point im forsure switching n retiring this one..
