These cages are terrific! Not only are they usually lighter than advertised, but they are perfect for road riding. I've never broken one or lost a bottle. In fact, I prefer them to Arundel Mandible cages that came on my Argonaut. The Arundels are $99 each and weigh more, and even though they are as bomb proof as cages get, I find that they're tough to pull bottles out of. I switched them to my gravel bike and use these exclusively on all of my road/commute bikes. Great deal.

I've been using 3 pairs of these for 7 years on various bikes. With large 600ml and bigger bottles. I have one where the retaining arm has ccome apart at the tip - seems to be 2 separte pieces of carbonweave glued together rather than one continuous piece. However the other 5 cages are all still good. Overall very happy.

Very nice quality carbon cage, for a reasonable price. Only used it for a one ride but appears that it will last. Nice gloss finish. Bolted these onto a new road bike and they look very expensive.

Overall a decent bottle holder. Very lightweight. Sleek glossy carbon fiber finish. The only quirk is the tab that holds the top of the bottle protrudes in too far, so the bottle doesn’t sit flush in the holder, but it’s a very firm hold.

I've been using these cages for years on my gravel bike and have never lost a water bottle riding around or in a race. For the price it's hard to find something this light and that holds water bottles as well. You can get away with lighter and thinner (and more expensive) cages for the road, but these are ideal if you ride some rough stuff.

I have owned four of the “Camber” style cages for the last three years and I like them very much. They look great and are super light weight. The description says they have a max bottle diameter of 75mm and they hold my Camelbak Podium Insulated Chill bottles (~77mm diameter) well. The bottle is easy to get in and out, but they never fall out unless I crash. Speaking of which, the cages have survived multiple hard crashes on both my road bike and mountain bike. When I got a new road bike for 2023, I came right back here for more. I noticed the “A” style that I couldn’t remember seeing before and thought they might look better. The description states that they fit bottles in a range of 74mm to 90mm. Sadly, I found this to be untrue. You would need a hydraulic press to get a 90mm bottle in one of these. While the width of the “A” cage and “Camber” cages are nearly identical at rest, the “A” style cages are much more rigid and do not flex as easily. Sitting still with my feet on the ground, it is an absolute struggle to get my 77mm bottle in or out of the “A” cage. It’s certainly not something I can safely do while rolling at 25 mph in a tightly grouped pace line with other riders. While some of my non-insulated bottles that are 74mm in diameter are easier to get in and out, even they are probably too difficult to safely manipulate while traveling at speed. Once again, it comes back to how very rigid the “A” style cages are.

Nice and light, looks good and holds the 710ml podium well. Firm but not too tight.

Well I have to say these exceeded my expectations. I thought ok cheap Carbon may not be a good idea but these have performed well at a great price. They are very light and look great too on my titanium frame. I use camelback podium big chill bottles in summer and your standard large bottles otherwise. They fit snugly. Easy to get in and out while riding.Update: Ive been using these for 4 years and they have performed perfectly. No chips, breaks, etc. The clear coat has held up really well. when clean they still look pretty new. Just bought another bike and bought some more to install. great product.

I am impressed when a company undersells its products rather than boasting on undeliverable claims. The literature for these bottle cages claimed a weight of 22 grams each, which is pretty damn light. On arrival I weighed each of these without the accompanying screws (My 2014 Felt Z-85 road bike already has its stock aluminum screws in place.) One weighed 18 grams, the other weighed 16 grams. Total for the two cages is 34 grams! That's 2 grams lighter than the one bottle cage I am replacing (It cracked. It looks like some kind of bakelite like plastic.) So I now have two super light cages that weigh less than the one cage I am replacing. That's very cool. It is real carbon fiber -hence the light weight- in a minimalist design that conserves weight. How strong these are and how long they last is to be determined, but frankly I don't care if they go bad after a couple years. Whenever I make a change on my ride it has to save weight or I don't make the change. That's the one rule I adhere to. All my upgrades make my bike lighter. These bottle cages fit right into that scheme. A few grams here or there, who cares, right? Well my experience tells me that those few grams here or there add up through the years. I've shaved over a pound on recent upgrades, and I can feel that on uphill climbs, so I'm a gram pincher.I wish these came in a flat finish to match the flat paint on my bike, but they look terrific even with a glossy finish. The minimalist design makes pulling a water bottle out of the cage, or putting it back in, easy while riding. These are a score. If anyone knows of a lighter bottle cage I'm all ears. But I've never found one.

Honest Answer = 10 Stars **********I am an ultra-driver. I drive (ride) about 300 miles a week on my road-bike. I rode the Race Across the West, that is 930 miles, rough county roads, bad highways, down the mountains, no lost bottles. I have purchased 6 of these cages for my various bikes. The cages are carbon, best seen in the sun. Hold the bottles very well. Well made. Excellent quality. No rattle. The price is great $24 versus $70. Visually appealing. I have never found a water cage that will hold everything – just unrealistic ideas. For the 2 cages under the top tube, have never had a bottle pop out. I have dropped the bike a couple of times and a couple of spills and they have never broken. Of all the biking products purchased I am most impressed with this. Get out there and drive your bike.
