I ordered a black ornament, and the words on the ornament are also black so you cannot read the words at all. Very disappointed.

The family recently lost the dog..The grandkids love the Christmas ornament and all trees the kids see of their kinfolk thru out the years have their lost dogs picture on it..Its BEUTIFUL.

A great idea that’s executed only fairly. You can see in the photo how the definition is in comparison to everything that surrounds it. The ornament is blurry on both sides. The photo AND the text aren’t terribly clear. It’s pretty - just not anywhere nearly as sharp as the pic in the listing. Kinda disappointed.

I am SO HAPPY!! With our sweet Skye getting older :( we wanted an ornament with this year, 2023, on it. This one was the only one I could find. All the other ornaments were “in memory of” or had no year on it. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a high quality ornament that is Double Sided!! It looks exactly as what I created. The size is perfect! I will definitely buy another, maybe a few as gifts! Thanks for creating a beautiful memory for our family for years to come!! 🤗
