Exactly as ordered, the quick shipping option was indeed quick. The text on the glasses came out beautiful. It's exactly as displayed on the order screen. It is more of a "frosted" effect, but it honestly looks better than the pure white when ordering. 10/10, would definitely order again. Also, they were well-protected during shipping.

I ordered 25 of these custom pint glasses on a Thursday night and received them in about 36 hours @ 10:00 am Saturday morning! While there aren’t graphics you can choose from, just lettering, the quality engraving and the quality glassware more than make up for it. I had ordered some others, more detailed, from a seller on Etsy, and the engraving was rough and so small that it wasn’t worthwhile. Money lost. Spotted Dog came through! Yes, the shipping of 25 glasses was expensive, but I was in a bind and made the decision to do so. So happy I did. My son’s Rehearsal Dinner celebration in 5 days will now be complete. I would order from this company again if I needed them. Thank you!

Ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts for my parents and accidentally received 2 of the same kind instead of 2 different ones. I sent a message to the seller and was responded to within a couple hours and as of about 72 hours later, my replacement cup is on it's way!Seller was incredibly kind and I'm very happy with their speed if rectifying the issue!As for the glass it is exactly the size described, very good quality feel to it. The engraving is nice and very clear.Love! Highly recommend!
