Works great. It is soft but not too soft. Price is good for the quality. Was easy to use and my dog love it like it was a massage. Clean up was easy, just emptied and rinsed off.

This is a little rough on my two dogs as they are maltipoos and little dogs but on a big dog with heavy fur it would work great, I do use it without much pressure and they do tolerate it then.
