My dog is a 45lb lab/pointer mix with thick straight hair and an undercoat that had been shedding. Tried a large Furminator, still takes soooo long. She's very skittish and skin sensitive with brushes and things, and I've been looking for a better solution. When I received it, I was afraid the soft ridges were too short/soft to be effective, but boy I am thrilled to be wrong.Just Wow. She LOVES these gloves. We go to the backyard (easier to deal with the fur) and I can be rough as I need to (forward and back), and she just melts into a pup-puddle. Really effective getting out all the hair, she loved it, and it was fun seeing her so happy about it. Her tail just wags the entire time.

We have a senior Yorkie who is all of 3 pounds soaking wet. Bathing him can be quite a task, especially when washing his southern region. My 9-year-old daughter used to hate washing our dog's chicken nuggets, but now, with these gloves, she actually takes the initiative with bathing him and no longer minds the texture of his chicken nuggets. It's a win-win for this mom!

It feels weird saying this. Dish gloves for your dawg. Wash them good, and bam- clean hands. It’s that simple. Used on long hair dog -border collie.

As I donned the gloves for the first time one of the gloves ripped at the opening. The gloves themselves worked well in aiding with washing.
