The long teeth on this comb are perfict for my long haird pet. The wide end is great to start out with, the narrow end gives a fine smooth finish.My pet enjoys it.

Our dog has a thick undercoat of fur and this stainless steel comb works much better than the pet brush we tried to use previously. The comb has two sides; one with wider spacing between the teeth for combing out difficult tangles. Once you have worked through the tangles, the narrower spaced side can be used to keep your dog's fur even more finely combed. The comb is a good length, has a sturdy build, and should last for a very long time. For under $10, I think this is a great purchase.

Gave the one I had to my brother along with my precious persian. He says she loves being combed with this steel comb. When I had her it was the same. She would come to me and lift up her chin indicating she wanted her chin and neck combed. My older cat I have hates being combed so I ordered another one of these. He, also likes this comb over all others.
