We love the looks of these logs. They were very easy to install just by following the instructions.

Received our logs with multiple broken logs - would not recommend.

The picture includes the Peterson Real Fyre burner that I am also reviewing. The appearance of the logs are very real looking. The ceramic logs are longer lasting and better quality than other brands. Easy to install. A quality product. We really researched and compared before choosing.

We had our first set of gas logs in this brand for 25 years and just replaced them with these.Great company.. beautiful logs that are very realistic looking. They hold up incredibly well.

Had a wood fireplace for many decades but hauling wood got old. This gas fireplace is beautiful, warm and so easy to use. Easy to install too, took me just about an hour to do it all, as we had a gas line with a valve. Great and easy instructions too. Love the burning embers and the real wood look of the logs. All that's missing is the sound of a crackling fire, as my wife wanted that so we ordered a separate device that does that. Ahhhhh.

These look very nice. I also purchased the extra smaller add ons to fill in a little. Well worth it. They get hot, and in fact glow red if you have them on long enough. After we turn off the gas, they continue to heat for another 30 minutes. I'd buy them again.

Logs are very nice quality and flame looks great. Not much heat is produced, but I think that is basically all of the vented models. Disappointed that it did not at least come with an on/off valve (handle to adjust the flame). Make sure you purchase that.. or one of the pilot units or you will NOT be able to adjust your flame. I ended up getting the safety pilot SPK-26 ($120) because was told that straight match light is not up to code in my area. With the SPK-26 a pilot is on at all times- you just turn the knob and the fireplace turns on. Depending on the gas line you have and pilot unit you chose, you may need additional parts from the hardware store.

I am so pleased with this log set. It looks so real and is so consistent. Plus it has the advantage of instant change. Too hot, turn it down, and vice-versa. With the real log fire, I had to haul in the logs, get kindling and newspapers, get the fire going and then there isn't much control. And all those messy ashes to clean up! I am spared all that. Now I have a lovely realistic fire all evening, and when I am ready to go to bed, I simply turn off the gas and close the fireplace doors. According to my son, it was easy to install. It didn't seem to take him very long, but he is very handy at this sort of thing.
