Loved the old version and this one is even better with the addition of red light. You can use it all night without running out of battery. Have used everything from cheap hardware store to Black Diamond to other Petzls. This wins by a mile for brightness, ease, and longevity.

CUIDADO ESTA LINTERNA TIENE CERTIFICADO IPX4 Y SI ENTRA IN POCO DE AGUA AL PUERTO DE CARGA FALLARA DE MANERA CATASTRÓFICA LA BATERÍA Y NESECITARA SER REEMPLAZADA⚠️Esta linterna sirve para trabajos en ambientes fríos y secos, el puerto USB c tiende a llenarse de tierra y con la mínima salpiada de agua fallara y se pagará, en general este modelo solo lo recomiendo para montaña y hike recreativo CON LINTERNA DE RESPALDO. Está madre me dejo tirado en medio de una gruta y lo único que me salvó fue mi respaldo, urge cambio del diseño de la batería

I really like this headlamp and I’m glad I got it over a cheaper one because the little sensor on it is very well done. It subtly adjusts up or down depending on how far away you’re looking and it works very well. It also uses the sensor to turn the headlamp off completely if you enter a brightly lit area which saves power and is just downright convenient not having to mess with the settings as conditions change. The only downside I’ve seen is that if your breath condenses right in front of your face it can sometimes block the sensor making it think you’re looking at something very close and dimming the light. In practice it’s a minor issue but it is one situation where the sensor doesn’t do the right thing. I use this mainly for trail running in the dark in the Pacific Northwest and it’s perfect.

Petzl Nao'dan sonra onun fazlasıyla karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olmasından sonra geçtim. Aydınlatma programları Petzl Nao'da olduğu gibi özelleştirilebilir değil. 3 adaptif, 3 sabit olmak üzere 6 farklı modu var ve tek butondan seçiliyor. Bende ilk nesil Swift RL'de vardı, yeni modelin farkı ışık şiddetinin üst seviyesinin arttırılmış olması ve USB C bağlantı kapısına sahip olması. Gece boyu rahatsız etmeyen, düşmelere karşı dayanıklı çok memnun olduğum bir kafa lambası, adaptif sistem de mükemmel çalışıyor.

Upgrade from previous petzel head torch which was good but this one is on another level. The reactive light sensor is great for adjusting the strength of the beam in different situations.

Das ist meine zweite PETZL Swift RL. Und dass nicht, weil die erste kaputt wäre, sondern weil es einfach eine gute Stirnlampe ist. Die verschiedenen Modi (adaptiv, konstante Helligkeit, rotes Licht) sind alle gut brauchbar, wobei ich meist mit dem adaptiven Licht beim Joggen unterwegs bin. Einzig bei Schnee oder wenn der Atem stark kondensiert ("Hauch"), ändert sich bei jedem Kopfbewegung und Atmung die Helligkeit. Das ist etwas nervig - kann aber durch Umschalten auf den "Konstantlicht-Modus" behoben werden. In allen anderen Situationen (Läufer, Fahrzeug kommt entgegen; laufen mal auf beleuchteter Straße, mal auf dunklem Feldweg etc.) funktioniert die Automatik gut.Die Stirnlampe sitzt gut und bequem. Damit sie nicht rutscht, muss man das Band schon etwas enger stellen und eben dann sitzt sie bequem an der Stirn und hinterlässt keine Abdrücke auf der Haut sondern schmiegt sich gut an. So soll es sein.Gut finde ich, dass diese neue Version a) per USB-C geladen wird (über die kommenden Jahre wird sich das Ladekabel-Wirrwarr damit hoffentlich konsolidieren) und b) die Rotlicht-Funktion, die ich bei Übernachtungen in Berghütten und nächtlichen Toilettengängen oder bei der Nachtfotografie sehr schätze.Also: gute Stirnlampe, alle für mich wichtigen Funktionen an Bord, trotzdem klein und leicht mit guter Brenndauer. Fürs Laufen, Bergwandern, Fotografieren, Zelten etc. genau die richtige Lampe, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.
