As many others have said about this product, my husband had to drill out the hole to make it bigger so it would fit on my e bike. We found it relatively simple to put together, I'm not sure why others had a problem with that. One thing I'm not impressed with is that the tires are nylon, not the best thing for tires. My husband blew the tires up & one of the tires was faulty. There was an area on the left tire that broke & a bubble formed. You could see there were very few wires inside the tire & if my husband hadn't noticed it in time, he would probably have been seriously injured by a tire blowing up on him. For anyone else buying this, be prepared to also purchase 2 inner tubes & 2 new tires with higher quality. I highly recommend replacing the tires even though the cost is another $50 for the tubes & tires because it's better not to be going down the road with a load of something heavy & have a tire blow out.

Product arrived damaged. I had to pay 45 dollars to send it ups and I never got my refund which was less than the full amount.

It didnt fit a ebike like thy said u have to drill out the hole about a inch for it to fit right

The cart was durable and nice looking, however the main assembly piece to attach to the bike was to small to attach to my electric bike. This piece needs to come in different sizes or reconfigure it so the cart attaches to seat post not wheel base, for this reason I purchased another cart that was more practical and I was able to attach to the wheel base.

You can't put the thing together properly because 2 of the mounting points have crooked screw holes. The pipes that hold the canvas bag will not bolt in. GARBAGE. Waiting on the seller for a response.

This product has some problems, the most immediate of which were having been shipped with no air in the tires, which shut down the process for about 2 weeks. Secondly, the supplied tools were poor, especially the Allen wrench. Lastly, one of the bolts was completely missing, which left a nut available to replace one of them that was missing. I replaced the bolt with a zippy strip doubled back through, so I hope it will suffice. The quality otherwise seems decent, but I’m not thrilled.
